一、胡適文書
胡適（1891-1962）是近代中國著名的學者、外交家，也是新文化運動的倡導者。
本文書內容包括1906至1962年胡適的書信、日記、文稿、著作與其他公私文件，以及其在1949至1962年間所收藏之書籍。本以「胡適檔案檢索系統」與「胡適藏書資料庫」的形式分別供各界查閱，現納入近史所檔案館「館藏檢索系統」，以與其他近代史上的名人文書交互查詢。
（1）檔案起訖時間為1642至2007年，計57,483件。
（2）開放方式：影像檔/會員部分線上閱覽、部分到館閱覽。
二、宋長志文書
宋長志文書係2017年由其子宋大偉先生捐贈，主要內容為其擔任海軍參謀長、海軍總司令、國防部參謀總長、國防部長、駐巴拿馬大使期間之工作備忘錄。
此文書分兩批開放，2022年3月開放第一批85冊(1965-1987)，主要涵蓋海軍參謀長至國防部長期間。此次開放最後的46冊，是其卸除軍職後，出任駐巴拿馬大使之工作備忘錄及返台後的記事。
（1）檔案起訖時間為1987年至1999年，新增工作備忘錄46冊。
（2）開放方式：影像檔/到館閱覽。
三、農林部參事處
參事處係屬農林部，主要負責擬訂與審議該部的各種法規、公告、計劃及新聞稿等。本資料1966年由經濟部移轉至近史所典藏，1990年代即對外開放，現進一步數位化，提供影像檔供讀者線上閱覽。
（1）檔案起訖時間為1937至1949年。計1,272冊。
（2）開放方式：影像檔/會員線上閱覽。
四、外交部新聞文化司
本檔案係國史館與本所數位檔案資源整合計畫最後一批成果，主要內容為1960至1970年代中華民國對世界各地的宣傳工作及1950至1980年代中共政情資料與對外關係，可配合外交部地域司的資料一同閱覽。
（1）檔案起訖時間為1928至1993年，計647冊。
（2）開放方式：1949年前會員線上閱覽、1950年後到館閱覽。

New Collections Open in AIMH: Personal papers of Dr. Hu Shi (57,483 items) and Soong Chang-chih (newly added 46 volumes); digital files of The Counselor's Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (1,272 volumes); and Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (647 volumes).
1. Papers of Dr. Hu Shi 胡適
Hu Shi (1891-1962) was a renowned scholar, diplomat and writer in modern China, and also a key proponent of the New Culture Movement.
The papers include his correspondence, diaries, manuscripts, publications, and other personal and official documents from 1906 to 1962, as well as books collected between 1949 and 1962. These papers have been opened in the forms of two databases, i.e. Hu Shih's Archives Online Database 胡適檔案檢索系統 and Hu Shih's Books Online Database 胡適藏書資料庫. They are now incorporated into the online system of the AIMH so that they can be cross-referenced with those of other well-known figures in the history of modern China.
(1) The papers range from 1642 to 2007, totaling 57,483 items.
(2) Opening method: Online viewing, while certain files have to be viewed in the on-site reading room.
2. Papers of Soong Chang-chih 宋長志
The papers of Soong Chang-chih were donated by his son, Mr. Song Da-wei 宋大偉 in 2017, and are mainly work notes from when he served in the Navy, and as Minister of National Defense, and ROC Ambassador to Panama. It has been opened in two batches. The first one of 85 volumes (1965-1987) was opened in March 2022; this batch (46 volumes) covers the years 1987-1999 and consists of work notes in the periods when he was ambassador to Panama and after he returned to Taiwan.

3. Digital Files of The Counselor's Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry 農林部參事處
This Office was in charge of drafting and reviewing various regulations, announcements, projects, and press releases of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The original copies were opened in the 1990s. Digital copies are now added for online readership.
(1) The files range between 1937 and 1949, totaling 1,272 volumes.
(2) Opening method: View the images online after registration.
4. Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs外交部新聞文化司
IMH launched a joint digitization project with Academia Historica 2013-2022. The result of that project has been released in batches, and this is the last one. It mainly relates to the ROC's propaganda efforts around the world in the 1960s and 1970s, and also includes information on the politics and foreign relations of PRC from the 1950s to 1980s. It can be viewed in conjunction with files of the regional departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
(1) The files range between 1928 and 1993, totaling 647 volumes.
(2) Opening method: View the images online after registration (before 1949). View the images in the on-site reading room (after 1950).
